Briton Joshua said he will "dominate completely" Jake Paul and "overpower" the American as the combatants confronted each other to publicize the upcoming boxing match.
Former twice world heavyweight champion Joshua meets social media star turned fighter Jake Paul - in what is, on paper, a huge disparity - at Miami's arena on December 19th.
Fighter's Mindset
"I plan to damage his features and break his body up. My goal is to show my superiority," the British boxer, 35 years old, stated.
"I plan to overwhelm him. That's how fighters think.
"I will genuinely try to cause him pain. That's what I want to do."
Civil Exchange
Despite those words, a composed Joshua and social media star Jake Paul - usually famous for his showmanship - exchanged pleasantries and kept it respectful with each other.
Paul instead attacked ex Joshua's opponent Francis Ngannou and described him as "ridiculous" after Ngannou turned down a match opportunity.
Taking Aim at Tyson Fury
Joshua, in the meantime, took aim at UK opponent Tyson Fury - and declined a million-pound wager 'Tyson Fury' claims he will make on a Paul victory.
"[Paul] is superior to Tyson Fury - he's present here," Joshua commented.
"I acknowledge that."
Serious Opponent
Despite stating he plans to hurt Jake Paul, Joshua declined to speak negatively about his rival's boxing ability.
"Jake Paul is a serious fighter," he remarked.

Paul - who initially became famous on the television network - has mainly fought MMA fighters or past-their-prime fighters since turning professional.
He was defeated by British fighter Tommy Fury in last year.

Still, the relative newcomer remains one of the sport's greatest commercial attractions, regularly earning massive financial rewards.

The 28 year old anticipated a KO victory in rounds four or five and claimed he would prevent the long-awaited match between Joshua and Fury, which is apparently being planned for 2026.
"The next fight will be my match with Fury next year," Paul stated.
